INFRAGREEN III, launched in 2017, is an alternative investment fund (AIF) currently investing in equity and quasi-equity greenfield (ready-to-build or under construction) or brownfield infrastructure assets relating to the energy transition within the European Economic Area.
This fund, fully invested and committed, closed at €308M and is Greenfin (TEEC) certified.
INFRAGREEN IV, a French limited partnership fund, will invest in infrastructure projects relating to the green energy transition through equity and quasi-equity instruments. The greenfield and brownfield projects will mainly be located in and operated out of the European Economic Area.
This Greenfin-certfied fund is currently being raised. Its target size will be €500M, with a Hard Cap of €650M.
As of end of December 2020, total investor commitments came to €517M.
