The purpose of this symposium is to bring together professionals involved in energy transition (banks, insurance companies, energy providers, energy consumer companies, local authorities, researchers, etc.) to discuss new economic models and, obviously, financing. Cédric Lacaze, Managing Director of RGREEN INVEST, spoke at a round table dedicated to the existing economic models of the energy industry today, moderated by Pierre Sidem of RSE Data News, the media dedicated to CSR-ESG, Sustainable Development, Governance and Responsible Finance.

This was an opportunity for Cédric to point out that “politics have clearly defined the framework for structuring the sector and today, this is necessary to support the prolific ecosystem of entrepreneurs. We probably need to ease the administrative constraints and, why not, stop financing fossil fuels. Or even integrate externalities into the pricing of these energies.
