In 2023, Hugo joined RGREEN INVEST as an ESG analyst. Previously, he worked as a financial controller at Thales (Hong Kong) and as a equity research analyst at Bryan, Garnier & Co (Paris). Following these two experiences and before joining RGREEN INVEST, he worked for a year as a consultant at Capgemini within the Directorate General of Armaments. Hugo holds a Master's degree in Management from Kedge Business School and a Specialized Master's degree in Innovation and Transformation from CentraleSupélec.
